The Korean War was well before my time. Even then, I wanted to make sure that I saw the Korean War Memorial. I am glad I did. One thing about the memorial that is pretty cool is to come around the wall from the backside and view the memorial. It is like the statues are watching you when you do that. Another thing that was cool was the wall itself. There are etchings (but they aren't really etched, it is hard to explain) that look like reflections of people and the surface is so polished that you can see yourself in it, mixed in with the etchings. Kind of spooky.
